activity check 001
It's that time of the month. We are ready for our first activity check! The rules are simple. Fill out the appropriate form and post in this thread. Please, make sure that all of your characters are listed. If they are not listed by September 30th, 2015, your characters will then be deemed inactive and placed in the inactive group. If your character's name has been crossed out, this means that they are safe. If your account has an application that is WIP, or you have been accepted after September 17th, 2015 you will not be placed on the list and your characters/accounts will be grandfathered into safety.[b]Alias:[/b]

[b]Leaving:[/b] characters you wish to delete or have adopted, in alphabetical order please.
