the year was 1998 and the battle of hogwarts had ended with voldemorts ultimate demise. rodolphus lestrange had managed to make it out alive and evade imprisonment in azkaban. enraged that he and his family had followed a dark lord that had failed them not once, but twice he started his search for a way to change the past.
the year is now 1977, the marauders are in their 7th year at hogwarts and voldemort was starting to come to power. but the balance had been shifted when rodolphus came from the future and warned the death eaters of voldemorts demise. losing faith in their dark lord a young rodolphus is appointed their new leader, with his future counter part staying in the past to keep him from making the same mistakes voldemort had. the golden trio upon hearing of rodolphus's plans followed him to warn the mauraders, but did not stay or acknowledge who they were, knowing their actions might have all ready changed the future. the past is changing.... and it's to late to stop it, how will you rewrite the story?
