special abilities application

Before being able to thread your character as having a certain ability, you must follow these few simple rules and proceed by posting the application.

001. You must keep your character and ability active in order to keep it. You must thread your ability twice a month in order to keep it.
002. You may only request one ability per character. The exception is if you want your character to have both legilimency and occlumency; the requirements for this are that your character be twenty-five or older and you have written permission from an administrator.
003. We require at least one detailed paragraph in your character's history (in character development) describing how he/she came of this ability and how it has affected their lives since.

NOTE: Please note that the administration has the right to refuse any application deemed insignificant or otherwise. If the roleplay sample or paragraph in the history is insufficient with information, we will refuse.
