The name is April Ellanore Bangold. I'm a fifteen year old girl who resides within Ravenclaw house at Hogwarts. I was named after my great grandmother Ellanore and to be completely honest, I really dislike the name. I tend to keep certain things like that to myself. I was sorted into Ravenclaw just like my siblings before me, however, I feel out of place most of the time. In my mind, I'm more so a Hufflepuff. [break][break]

I am the last of four children in my family, with two brothers and a sister who are older than myself. I'm not as close to my brothers as I am to my sister Alissa. I think she's the bees knees. My eldest brother Aaron isn't quite what you would call the essence of Ravenclaw. He graduated in the lowest percentile of his class and pursued a career in Quidditch. My second eldest brother, Ashford, seemed to be the male role model of the family. I know that my sister Alissa looks up to him quite a bit, as I look up to my sister. She seems as though she really has her life planned out.[break][break]

I'm not the type to settle on one job opportunity. You see, I would love to work within the ministry, though I've found that my artistic abilities could take me somewhere as well. There are several jobs that I would enjoy doing, but I haven't thought of one that I would love doing. To me, there is a great difference. [break][break]

Enough of my background, I'm here to talk about myself, aren't I? Well, I'm very outgoing, which is one of the qualities that doesn't fit in either Ravenclaw nor Hufflepuff. Like I said before, I think I should have ended up in Hufflepuff house. I'm patient and kind and if I want something or want to get something done, I am determined to do so. I'm a loyal person and quite dedicated to my studies, though gossip sometimes does get the best of me. Although I possess all of the Hufflepuff traits, I do have some that are fitting to Ravenclaw. My wit is strong, as well as my creativity. As I mentioned before, I'm quite the talented artist. Originality is something that does run through the family. We all have our quirks and things that we're good at. My brother chose sports, my brother Ashford chose medicine as a path, and my sister seems to want to follow in his footsteps.
